Value Creating Conversations (VCC) exists to help leaders adopt Artificial Intelligence with clarity, responsibility, and confidence without compromising trust, ethics, or long-term societal outcomes.
Our work is guided by the belief that AI presents leadership and governance responsibilities and opportunities far beyond the technical.
How AI is designed, selected, and used has consequences for education, equity, sustainability, and institutional integrity.
That is why our approach to AI education and advisory work is intentionally aligned with global impact standards, including the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
This alignment is practical, focused, and embedded in how we work - not symbolic.
Why Impact Matters
AI systems influence decisions at scale, often invisibly. Without informed leadership, AI can amplify bias, erode trust, increase environmental cost, and weaken accountability.
Impact, for us, means:

- Promoting energy-aware AI practices and efficient system design
- Integration of sustainability considerations into AI strategy discussions
- Development of frameworks such as EcoPrompt™, a research-driven initiative focused on raising awareness of the environmental cost of AI usage.
SDG 16 – Peace, Justice & Strong Institutions
Promote peaceful and inclusive societies and build effective, accountable institutions

Our Operating Model: Partnership-Driven Impact
SDG 17 as Part of the VCC Operating Model
Value Creating Conversations’ approach to impact is shaped by decades of consulting experience operating in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Across prior roles at IBM, PwC, and Accenture, our work consistently required SDG 17 capabilities - building partnerships, aligning diverse interests, and enabling execution across organizations with shared responsibility but distributed authority. This included leadership responsibilities such as shaping a regional Product Operating Model and advancing sustainability awareness initiatives within Accenture’s Northeast practice.
This experience directly informs the VCC operating model.
Partnerships as an Operating Capability (SDG 17)
While VCC’s impact outcomes are focused on a defined set of Sustainable Development Goals, SDG 17 – Partnerships for the Goals is embedded in how we work.
For VCC, SDG 17 represents a core operating capability:
- Convening leaders, institutions, and experts around complex AI and governance challenges
- Translating between technology, policy, leadership, and implementation contexts
- Enabling collaboration across public, private, academic, and civil society stakeholders
- Supporting shared accountability where no single actor owns the full solution

Continuity from Global Consulting to VCC
